We will replace or refund any damaged goods upon arrival.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for exchanges for convenience, change of mind or personal preferences.
Note: The images supplied in custom prints must be over 2MB. This is to ensure a high quality upscaling of the image for printing. We will not offer refunds in the event that a custom image under 2MB has been supplied.
